Delivery Times Within UAE:
For our valued customers in the UAE, we strive for prompt delivery, typically within 2-4 working days from the moment you place your order.

Complete Mailing Address:
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide your complete and accurate mailing address. Incomplete details may lead to unnecessary delays.

Pricing Information:
Kindly note that the prices on our website do not include shipping costs. Shipping rates, for both local and international orders, are calculated based on estimated package weight and dimensions.

Local Orders (Within UAE):
Shipping starts at 30 AED.

International Orders:
For international orders, shipping begins at 90 AED.
These rates are designed to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your items. Please be aware that the final shipping cost may vary based on your order specifics.

2. International Shipping and Customs

Shipping Costs:
For international orders, customers are responsible for covering shipping charges.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Customers outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and other taxes as per the destination country’s regulations. It’s the customer’s responsibility to settle these charges, as we ship orders with the original invoice amount.

3. Return, Exchange & Refunds – Orders Outside UAE

Final Sales:
Sales outside the UAE are considered final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for these transactions.

4. Return, Exchange & Refunds – Orders Within UAE

Final Sales within UAE:
Sales within the UAE are final due to fabric customization. We’re unable to process refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns in these cases.

Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, notify us of any defects within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We ensure efficient processing of refunds within 15 working days. Please note that some charges may be deducted.

Returns and Refunds:
Refunds are not applicable for orders refused upon delivery.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions

External Delays:
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to weather conditions or airline issues.

Pricing & Payment:
Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) for UAE customers and in USD (United States Dollar) for international customers. We accept various payment methods except for cash on delivery.

Quality Assurance:
We maintain strict quality control, inspecting all products before shipping. Please report any damages in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Payment Verification:
Orders are validated upon successful transfer of the full order amount.

Order Cancellation:
DarDan Fabrics reserves the right to cancel orders for valid reasons. In such cases, we will promptly contact customers, and credit card refunds may take up to 15 days to reflect, following the credit card bank’s policies.
